Before committing resources, understand your alternatives.

Decisions on expansion, investment, partnership or transformation need more than a collection of data. We help you examine the conditions of the environment, the material uncertainties and the scenarios that could change a decision.

The questions

Questions we help answer.

  • What should we know before entering a new market?
  • Which hypotheses hold up a decision, and which could fail?
  • Which risks, dependencies and alternatives should we consider?
  • Which signals would justify continuing, waiting or rethinking?

Scenario / 01

Expand now

Consider an entry conditional on tests of demand, channels and barriers.

Signal: Repeated evidence of demand.

Scenario / 02

Wait and test

Keep options open until there is information on costs and partners.

Signal: Regulatory or channel changes.

Scenario / 03

Do not act

Protect resources while key assumptions remain unsupported.

Signal: A material improvement in the evidence.

Hypothetical, qualitative scenarios. They are not projections or verified probabilities.

Technology widens the analysis. It does not replace judgment.

The work combines research and source verification, critical interpretation and relevant technologies. Conclusions keep their limits, and decisions belong to the people accountable for them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers on what we do, how we do it and what we do not do.

Is a scenario a prediction?

No. A scenario describes a possible configuration under explicit assumptions. Its value lies in preparing the decision and knowing which signals would force a review.

Does SF/CIA make the decision for the client?

No. We do not replace the client’s decision; we ground it with alternatives, evidence, risks and review conditions.

What is a review signal?

It is an observation defined in advance that, if it happens, indicates the decision should be revisited or the scenario changed.
