Signals
Markets produce signals all the time: announcements, prices, patents, tenders, talent moves, regulatory changes. On their own, almost none of them explains anything.
Singularity Foundry · Corporate Intelligence Agency
We turn scattered information about markets, competitors and ecosystems into corporate intelligence that helps you understand change, identify opportunities and make better-grounded decisions.
Competitive Intelligence is our specialty. Business Intelligence complements it. Artificial intelligence extends what we can do.
Singularity Foundry is a corporate intelligence agency specializing in competitive intelligence. We analyze markets, competitors, players, technologies and ecosystems to help organizations anticipate change, identify opportunities, assess risks and make better-grounded strategic decisions.
01 / The challenge
Markets shift, new competitors appear, technologies rewrite the rules and important signals get lost among data, news and opinion. Without a rigorous reading of the environment, organizations can react late, misread a threat or miss an opportunity.
Markets produce signals all the time: announcements, prices, patents, tenders, talent moves, regulatory changes. On their own, almost none of them explains anything.
We sort what we observe by type: players, offers, relationships and changes. Sorting data does not prove a conclusion, but it makes the data examinable.
We connect the facts and question the easy explanations. What matters usually lies in the links, not in isolated points.
What remains is an intelligible question: what is changing, and why does it matter? With facts, inferences and hypotheses kept apart and confidence stated.
Competitive intelligence connects the facts, questions easy explanations and turns complexity into firmer ground for decisions.
02 / Core practice · Competitive Intelligence
Watching direct rivals is not enough. Substitutes, new entrants, alliances, channels, technologies, regulation and the relationships that change how competition works all matter too.
Every relationship is read against this market. Select a player to see its relationship.
Position on the chart does not express size or influence.
All synthetic relationships are shown: competitors, substitutes and partners.
| Player | With | Relationship | Claim type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Company A | Market | Direct competition | Fact |

| Channel 1 | Company C and market | Shared channel | Inference |
| Partner Y | Market | Technology provider | Hypothesis |
| Company B | Service X | Alliance (moment B only) | Hypothesis |
| Entrant N | Market | New entrant (moment B only) | Hypothesis |

Depending on the question, the answer can take the form of a competitor profile, a map of players, a strategic brief, signal monitoring or a data diagnosis. We choose the format for its usefulness to the decision-maker, not for visual effect.
05 / Our approach · RAD Method
We work with clear questions, lawfully obtained sources, critical analysis and representations that make relationships and limits visible. We combine human expertise with emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence.
When the evidence does not support a conclusion, we say so.
Understand the question, its context, the players, the available facts and the limits of the information.
Examine links and changes to widen understanding and explore possible explanations.
Formulate interpretations, alternatives or lines of research that the evidence can support.
06 / Evidence & trust
Competitive intelligence is not espionage. Our work relies on information available through lawful and authorized means, with care for confidentiality and analytical independence.
A documented observation, verifiable in an identified source.
A provisional conclusion drawn from facts and labeled as such.
A possible explanation that still has to be tested.
What we do not know yet, stated explicitly.
What we know
The claim refers to the announcement, not to the outcome of the alliance.
What we do not know yet
We do not infer outcomes without further evidence. We define which observations would tell us.
07 / Separate business unit
Venture Building explores, validates and develops initiatives when a commercial opportunity is sufficiently grounded, under its own objectives and agreements.
Not every intelligence study leads to building a company.
08 / The blog
Notes on competitive intelligence, complex systems and new ways of building knowledge.
Generating classes and relationships with AI keeps getting easier. Agreeing on their meaning, limits and governance is still the decisive work.

Short answers on what we do, how we do it and what we do not do.
Singularity Foundry is a Corporate Intelligence Agency specializing in Competitive Intelligence. We analyze markets, competitors, players, technologies and ecosystems to help organizations anticipate change, identify opportunities, assess risks and make better-grounded strategic decisions.
It is the lawful and ethical study of the competitive environment: competitors, substitutes, new entrants, alliances, channels and observable moves. Its purpose is to explain what is changing and why it matters for a specific decision.
Competitive Intelligence studies the environment and its observable changes. Business Intelligence analyzes authorized internal data to understand performance. At SF/CIA the first is the focus and the second complements it.
No. We are a corporate intelligence agency. We use AI and other emerging technologies to research, connect evidence and run monitoring systems, but conclusions require expert judgment, source governance and human oversight.
No. We work with public, authorized, licensed or lawfully provided sources, and we disclose our identity in interviews. We do not hack, intercept, bribe or acquire trade secrets.
We do not promise predictions. We work with scenarios, assumptions and explicit levels of uncertainty, and we define which signals would trigger a review of a decision.
Depending on the question: competitor profiles, ecosystem maps, decision briefs, signal monitors or performance analyses. Every finding states its source, date and confidence level, and keeps facts, inferences and hypotheses apart.
